Pages describe advisory and workshop services related to operations scorecards for logistics coordinators. Descriptions are informational. A signed engagement letter or invoice governs any paid work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and original layouts, belongs to Sparkpanelcore Co., Ltd. unless otherwise noted. Client scorecards and source notes produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement letter. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without written consent.

Accuracy

We aim to keep rates and service descriptions current. Where a conflict exists between the site and a written quote, the written quote prevails.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Sparkpanelcore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. For paid engagements, liability limits are set in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, subject to any mediation clause in an engagement letter.
