Refund and cancellation policy
Rules for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on advisory engagements and workshops.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid fees for engagements or workshops that have not started, subject to the timeframes below. Work already delivered is charged on a pro-rata basis.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@sparkpanelcore.click at least seven calendar days before a scheduled on-site day or workshop date for a full refund of prepaid fees less any non-refundable items listed below. Requests inside seven days may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent if advisor time has not been substantially used.
Full or partial refunds
Full refunds are available when we cancel an engagement for our own scheduling reasons. Partial refunds apply when discovery interviews or materials review have begun; completed stages are deducted from the prepaid amount using the engagement letter’s stage values.
Non-refundable items
Printed workbooks already produced for a workshop, third-party room hire booked at your request, and travel tickets purchased with your written approval are non-refundable once incurred.
Deposits
Design engagement deposits reserve advisor weeks. Deposits become non-refundable once the walkthrough date is confirmed and discovery has started, except when we cancel.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if notice is given at least five business days before the booked date. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of THB 3,000 to cover advisor calendar impact.
No-shows
If the client desk is unavailable at the agreed time without notice, that day is treated as delivered for billing purposes.
Work already started
Draft measure sets, findings notes, and coaching sessions already completed remain billable. Source materials you supplied remain yours; our draft layouts produced under the engagement stay licensed as stated in the engagement letter.
Refund process and method
Email hello@sparkpanelcore.click with the invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediaries are not reimbursed.
