About

Built beside the desk, not above it

Sparkpanelcore helps logistics coordinators in Thailand keep a shared, honest view of lanes, dwell, and exceptions — without turning the scorecard into another report nobody reads.

Official name and history

The official registered business name is Sparkpanelcore Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Don Mueang, Bangkok, after years of informal scorecard work with freight desks along Songprapa Road and the airport logistics fringe.

Early clients asked for wall boards that matched Thai yard sequences rather than imported templates. That focus — coordinator-owned measures, clear source notes, and a weekly rhythm that fits shift handover — remains the centre of the practice.

Mission

Give every logistics coordinator a scorecard the shift will update and use when freight pressure rises — grounded in the desk’s own trip sheets, exception codes, and corridor realities.

How we work

We begin on the floor: walkthroughs, handover observation, and document review. Measure sets stay small enough to refresh in minutes. Coaching sits inside the Monday review, so the habit belongs to the desk after we leave.
